When will my order ship?
Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of clearing payment. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or Holidays.
How long does the package take to deliver?
It usually takes 2-6 business days depending on the location via UPS ground or USPS standard mail. This is an estimate which the delivery time may be delayed or interrupted by the carrier. Please note that delivery during Holiday season may also be delayed with heavy traffic of packages and unpredictable weather.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
Yes, we offer overnight shipping via USPS Express mail or UPS Next Day and the service is available upon check out. Orders must be placed before 11:00 PT (14:00 ET) for same day shipping. Orders received after 11:00 PT (14:00 ET) will be shipped on the next business day. No Saturday delivery is offered. For example, if you place the order on Friday before 11:00 PT (14:00 ET), you will receive the package on the following Monday (if Monday is not a Holiday). Where is my order confirmation?
Once you place the order, you will receive an email confirming that an order was placed by you. If for some reason you did not receive the email, check your email address if there was any 'typo' when placing the order or you may check your spam folder and please add email@example.com to your safe sender list.
Oops! I made a mistake when placing the order.How do I correct it?
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address or if you have bought the wrong size or color, call us immediately at 1-855-275-6526 (from US) or 1-213-744-0352 (from outside of US) Mondays thru Fridays 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PT. Do not send emails as it may take longer for us to respond to your messages and make the necessary changes. Once the order has shipped, we will be unable to make any changes.
I am in love with an item that is 'out of stock.'Will it be restocked?
We will determine the restocking of an item depending on the availability of the item and the number of requesting lovers. So send us a request by email or by phone. We will notify you if we get more in.
I would like to return an item. What is the procedure?

I already have returned the item. When will I receive my credit?
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days from the date the package is delivered to us. Once the return is processed, we will refund the money to the same account from where the payment was received when you placed the order. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account after they have received the information from us. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
The tracking shows as 'Delivered' but I did not receivethe package!
We know how frustrating this can be. Here are few tips what you can do when this happens. A- check out if someone else received the package for you. In most cases, a family member or your roommate may have opened the mailbox before you. B- the mailman may have delivered your package in a wrong address. In this case, you will have to contact your local post office or UPS customer support to get assistance in locating the package. C- the package could have been refused and returned to us due to wrong shipping address. In this case, we will contact you as soon as we receive the package. Please note that this can be subject to additional shipping charges.
Do you have a physical store?
No, we don't have a physical showroom. However, since we are an online store, you have the benefit of shopping with us 24/7 from anywhere in the world!
