Our Returns and Exchanges Policy

Read our simple Returns and Exchanges Policy below, follow the steps for the type of transaction you want to make, and remember, you can always contact us with any additional order or product-related questions or issues!

  • All returns packages must be received within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us.
  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt.
  • Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit.
  • Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
  • We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box or envelope. Return will be denied if the shoe box is damaged and are subject to additional shipping costs.
  • The following items are non-refundable:

a. Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date
b. Returns received in damaged or worn condition: worn condition means with perfumes/odor, stains, human and/or animal hair attached, scissor/knife cuts from opening the package, no original tags attached.
c. Intimates, tights, socks, bookstore, cosmetics, gift cards and sale items
Returns that do not meet the above criteria will be denied and are subject to additional shipping costs.


How to Make a Return or Exchange

Follow these easy steps:

  • Fill out the RA (return authorization) form here.
  • Submit the RA form. We will review your return request and if it meets the above criteria we will send you an email with an RA number. This can take 2-3 business days for processing.
  • After you receive the email with return authorization, get your original invoice. If you misplaced it, simply go to "My Account," click on your "Order History," select the right order number, and print.
  • On the front of your invoice, circle the names of the item(s) you are returning or exchanging and write the RA number that was given by us via email.
  • Be sure to indicate that you are exchanging, and the new size you want.
  • Place your invoice, along with the item(s) in unworn condition and with tags attached, in a securely sealed shipping container and ship it to:

Jot down the tracking number on the label so you can keep track of the delivery status.

We recommend shipping with insurance and tracking number to keep track of the delivery status. We are not responsible for missing, damaged or packages lost during transit.

Free Domestic Exchanges

We understand that online shopping is not always easy when it comes to sizing issues.
So, we offer **Free Domestic Exchanges.

**Free shipping on new exchange orders is eligible for orders shipped via "Standard Shipping" mail within the United States.

Just follow the above return instructions and we will take care of shipping the new item to you with no extra cost!

Offer not available for international orders.

International Exchanges

Unfortunately, due to the increased cost of international shipping, we do not offer international exchanges.


Refused Packages

Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us. Orders shipped via UPS are subject to the 'Terms and Conditions of Service' as detailed on UPS.com.
